Strategy:

 

Our strategy is very simple.  We will invest in enterprises where all of the following attributes are in place:

 

-        Management teams that we believe are “best of class” in their niche

-        Business models where the SAP partners can provide strategic value (other than our capital)

-        Businesses we believe can scale rapidly to greater than $100M in revenues

-        Profitability from our initial direct investment plus optionality on the scalability of expansion

-        Particular focus on companies which are creating $1 billion or greater in value

-        The ability to control risk creatively

Investment size:

 

We will consider all investment sizes from low six figures for a technology seed investment up to $100M in one single investment for later stage enterprises.
